GrowthNation.ai is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides agentic AI employees to autonomously plan, execute, and report on marketing tasks for businesses. Access is available via a free tier or through paid subscription plans.
To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
We offer a Free Tier designed to let new users explore the platform’s capabilities. It includes:
Access to selected features
A limited number of monthly AI usage credits
Optional integration with certain marketing platforms
Free Tier Limitations:
Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
Features may be restricted compared to paid tiers
GrowthNation.ai may modify or discontinue the Free Tier at any time without notice
Abuse of the Free Tier may result in account suspension
There is no charge for using the Free Tier, and you are not required to enter payment details unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
a. Paid Plans
You can upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription at any time. Plans and pricing are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.
b. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.

You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract underlying AI models
Abuse the Free Tier to bypass usage limits or avoid payment
Use the platform to generate misleading, discriminatory, or offensive content
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this policy.
All software, models, content, and branding on GrowthNation.ai are owned by GrowthNation.ai or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business’s internal marketing needs.
You retain ownership of any original materials you upload and the content generated by your account, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the platform, you consent to these practices.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform updates or maintenance that impact availability.
Free Tier users may experience lower prioritization in service queues or support response times.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrowthNation.ai is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business or revenue loss caused by reliance on the AI outputs
Any content generated by users or agents
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to any claim (or $0 for Free Tier users).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthNation.ai, its employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts (including Free Tier) at our discretion for misuse or violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, all access to the platform and content will be revoked.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
