1. Subscription Plans

GrowthNation.ai offers subscription-based access to agentic AI marketing employees. Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and automated nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Technical failure on our end that prevents reasonable use of the service for a sustained period

  • Early cancellation of an annual plan within the first 14 days, where services have not been materially used

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Unsatisfactory results (our AI learns and adapts over time but cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes)

 

3. Trial Periods & Cancellations

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings or by contacting us at hello@growthnation.ai before your next billing date.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@growthnation.ai within 14 days of the billing date. Include:

  • Your account email

  • Date of charge

  • Reason for request

  • Any relevant supporting information

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Disputed Payments

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refunds Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website at growthnation.ai/refunds and will apply to all future transactions.
